Location :

Between the eyeball and the midpoint of the infra-orbital ridge.

Indications :

Conjunctivitis, thermal burns, myopia, optic atrophy, etc. Redness, swelling and pain of the eye, lacrimation, night blindness, twitching of eyelids, facial paralysis.

Method of puncturing :

0.3-1.0 inch perpendicularly. Ask patient to look upward, the needle is inserted along the lower border of the orbital ridge. Expels wind, brightens the eyes, stops lacrimation.
