Location :

On the radial side of index finger in a depression proximal to the head of the 2nd metacarpal bone. Clench fist to locate point.

Indications :

Ophthalmalgia, lower toothache, sore throat, trigeminal neuralgia, redness and swelling of fingers and back of hand. Toothache, opthalmalgia, sore throat, redness and swelling of fingers and the dorsum of the hand.

Method of puncturing :

Dispels exterior wind, clears heat, brightens the eyes, benefits the throat.

It is a Water point.
