It is an Alarm Point. Mu-front point. Cough, Asthma, Bronchitis, Dyspnoea, Pain in the chest, Intercostal neuralgia, fibrositis of the chest wall, hemoptysis. This point is useful for all Lung issues, especially of the excess Type - cough, wheezing, asthma and fullness in the chest as well as local problems such as pain in the chest, shoulder and back.
Dangerous point due to underlying lungs. Lung 1 (LU 1) regulates Lung Qi and stops cough, stimulates the Lung Qi to descend, disperses fullness in the chest and stops pain.
